OK folks!!

After mucho preparation, here is the ordering info for the STRICTLY GENTEEL book.

Basically -- The book is now heading for production. For those of you who bought the first run of HUNGRY FREAKS, DADDY I can promise you that production values on Volume 2 will be higher (live and learn). Not that anyone complained, just figured I'd throw that one in.

The book is OFFICIALLY available on December 1st, 2007. Whisper it quietly, but the first copies will ship once they're printed and covered, sometime in November. Because of the way I do it it'll have to be on a first-come, first-served basis. But you won't be waiting long for your book I promise!!

THE THINGS YOU MUST KNOW BEFORE ORDERING:

1. The book is printed, marketed and distributed by me, myself and I. The only thing I'm not doing is the binding. The other thing about printing at home--I've printed the books on a combination of inkjet and laser printers and they look decent but (and this is important) THEY WILL NOT BE PERFECT. I've tried and tried, but this is an expensive book to make, and I have decided that it would be better to keep costs
down than to go to a professional printer who would give me a better-looking book but a prohibitively expensive one. I want to make this affordable. So I apologize in advance for any quality issues that you may notice--I'm trying to make sure the pics and text look good, but the pics just cannot be made great in some cases. They would look better in B&W, but I'm going with color here :-)

2. The book will cost $30.00 US. I'm trying to keep it cheap, but much cheaper and I might go broke just printing the thing!! :-)

3. Here's postal rates and info. I regret deeply that I have to raise these but they went up here! (all are in US dollars):

8.00 US Priority Mail shipping
6.00 US Parcel post shipping
4.00 US Media Mail shipping
12.00 Canada/Mexico (by air I believe)
20.00 Rest of da world (air)

If you intend to use Paypal please use the link at the bottom and use the correct postage for your area.
Any other payment method please let me know. Insurance is available of course for US customers--The
cost of insuring a package outside of the US is VERY expensive but I will make the option available to you
if that's your inclination :-)

4. The books are all numbered and signed individually with YOUR NAME on the inside. Just let me know
what name you want me to use, if you would!!

5. Payment methods accepted will be as follows:

--Paypal
--Personal check (US customers)
--International money order in US funds please (rest of the world)

For all other payment methods, please check with me first.

IMPORTANT FOR CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: All Canadian-issued bank checks MUST be in US funds and
have a routing number that can be deposited in US banks. Unfortunately many Canadian bank checks do not have this, so an International Money order is probably the best way to go if possible.

Cash really isn't advisable, especially with the way the world is going today. it's hard enough just getting a BOOK through customs :-)
